Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and Rally ALM
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality metrics
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Java/Python for test scripting
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record in fintech or SaaS QA
