Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading frameworks
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and drive quality improvements
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA tools (JIRA, Postman)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing principles
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
