Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for healthcare predictive analytics

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of applied ML experience with healthcare or life sciences data
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical foundation with experimental design knowledge
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems
- Experience with NLP techniques for medical text processing
