Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and sub-100ms load times for global users.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve development velocity.
- Identify technical debt and refactor legacy systems to align with modern best practices and security protocols.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
