Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web, mobile, and API applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Lead defect triage sessions and collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis
- Implement continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins and JIRA for test orchestration
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years QA experience)
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in API testing with Postman and RESTful services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience mentoring QA teams and implementing quality metrics
