- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor key business metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects
