Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect triage sessions with engineering teams to drive rapid resolution
- Implement performance testing with JMeter and LoadRunner for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Document test cases and QA processes using Confluence and JIRA
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
