- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-native applications and microservices architecture
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and optimize testing workflows
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing suites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified QA Engineer (CSTE) or equivalent preferred
