As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends in the food & beverage sector.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment.
- UX & Design: Partner with UX researchers and designers to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the customer journey.
- Data Analysis: Utilize metrics and analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Go-to-Market: Work closely with marketing teams to develop launch strategies and go-to-market plans for new features and products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or the Food & Beverage industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
