Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate testing cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Execute manual and automated tests across web and mobile platforms
- Report defects with detailed steps and severity using JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement of QA processes
- Mentor QA team members and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with emphasis on test automation
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API testing using Postman and SOAP/REST services
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
