Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical strategy for complex projects.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical architecture discussions.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and overall scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
