What You Will Do:
- Spearhead the development of our core product roadmap in alignment with executive vision.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams including engineering, design, and data science.
- Conduct deep market research to identify trends and drive product differentiation.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Advocate for the user voice, ensuring our solutions are intuitive and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Present product updates and progress to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
- Experience leading teams and managing product budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of launching successful products.
