Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Execute manual and automated testing across web/mobile platforms with 95%+ coverage
- Document defects in JIRA with clear severity metrics and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with product teams to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyze test data to identify trends and drive quality improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS environments with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Java/Python preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
