Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks early in development cycles
- Implement defect tracking workflows using JIRA and prioritize critical issues
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability analysis for complex web/mobile applications
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with complex systems
