Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) to ensure continuous validation and rapid feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Analyze complex test results and report defects with clear, actionable documentation to developers.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software testing, including TDD and BDD.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks in the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database testing (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
