Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for engineering processes.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability (99.99% SLA).

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management.
