Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end testing frameworks for web/mobile applications
- Lead manual and automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Define test cases, prioritize testing efforts, and execute regression/acceptance tests
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing across multiple platforms
- Champion QA best practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Mentor QA team members and drive quality culture through code reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with 2+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman/RestAssured), and performance testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, XCUITest) and cross-browser compatibility
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
