Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze complex A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels.
- Build and deploy predictive machine learning models (churn prediction, LTV, personalization) using Python and PySpark.
- Develop automated dashboards and self-service analytics tools in Tableau to empower product and marketing teams.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to define key performance metrics and instrument proper data tracking.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analyses to uncover hidden patterns in user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization through clear, compelling storytelling and executive presentations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on product or growth analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels).
- Deep theoretical and practical understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
