Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the overarching digital roadmap for multi-agency public service platforms.
- Modernize legacy systems by implementing cloud-native architectures and secure microservices.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and policy experts in an Agile environment.
- Serve as a primary technical advisor to senior executive leadership on emerging technology trends.
- Oversee the integration of advanced data analytics to improve service delivery and policy outcomes.
- Ensure all digital products meet the highest standards of accessibility (Section 508) and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in technical leadership with a focus on enterprise-scale digital transformation.
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and multi-stakeholder government projects.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure Government), DevSecOps, and API-first design.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Public Administration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech for non-technical officials.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with federal procurement regulations and GSA schedules is highly preferred.
