Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to accelerate release cycles
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA, ensuring rapid resolution and root-cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices across development teams
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration for continuous quality monitoring
- Conduct exploratory testing and user acceptance testing for complex enterprise applications
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive quality improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles with SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA tools (JIRA, Postman, Jenkins)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and database testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
