Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Drive usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of consumer and enterprise projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning and design reviews.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
