Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders across development, design, and business units
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation using JIRA and Asana
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning for enterprise-scale deployments
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while balancing waterfall requirements
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables against baseline project management metrics
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize PMO workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/consulting
- PMP or CSM certification with proven agile implementation
- Expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) or SaaS deployments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and financial modeling
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and external vendors
- Track record of delivering $1M+ projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with remote team leadership and global project coordination
