Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing across web/mobile platforms
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Document defects in JIRA and drive resolution with engineering teams
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing with 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and database validation techniques
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
