Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end QA strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation development using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex defects
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in test coverage and defect prevention
- Analyze quality metrics to provide actionable insights for product teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with emphasis on web/mobile applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (REST/SOAP)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
