Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise-scale software initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with C-suite executives
- Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Monitor project health through Jira/Asana dashboards and adjust priorities dynamically
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with quarterly financial reporting
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification required
- 8+ years progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- Proven expertise scaling agile methodologies across 50+ person teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and resource planning tools
- Strong analytical skills for budget forecasting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across 3+ time zones
