Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Champion CI/CD integration for continuous testing and deployment validation
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor QA engineers and establish best practices for test documentation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define quality KPIs and SLAs
- Execute exploratory testing and usability validation for complex enterprise solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with specialization in automation and performance testing
- Expert proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python/Java)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow management
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent quality assurance credentials
- Proven track record of implementing defect prevention strategies in complex SaaS environments
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
