Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Lead the automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to reduce manual testing effort and increase coverage.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to identify requirements and resolve defects.
- Analyze system requirements and validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Maintain and improve the existing QA framework, ensuring high standards of code quality and testing efficiency.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in testing methodologies and guide junior QA engineers.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in both Manual and Automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, SDLC methodologies, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
