Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Create compelling visual designs that balance aesthetics with usability
- mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to articulate design decisions through data and user insights
