Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for cloud-native SaaS platforms
- Define quality metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production incidents
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging tools

Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in Selenium, Appium, and performance testing tools
- Strong background in financial services or fintech compliance
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Proficient in SQL and database validation techniques
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
