Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from experimentation to production deployment
- Mentor junior scientists and conduct peer reviews to ensure technical excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ROI
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied data science and ML
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record deploying production ML models on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published research or patents in ML/NLP domains preferred
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
