Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual, automated, and performance testing plans for web/mobile applications
- Develop and maintain robust Selenium/Playwright test suites for regression testing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab for continuous testing integration
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA with root cause analysis
- Conduct cross-browser/device compatibility testing on real device clouds
- Document test cases, requirements, and quality metrics using Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and automation techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of REST API testing with Postman/Insomnia
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA in DevOps
- Proficient in SQL for database testing and validation
- Certified in ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent
