Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user experiences for complex software ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and design excellence.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate on design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of high-quality design feedback.
- Develop compelling visual assets that elevate our brand identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically within SaaS or digital product environments.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React).
- Proven experience leading design workshops and presenting concepts to stakeholders.
- Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
