Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress while maintaining 80%+ test coverage
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement CI/CD pipelines with embedded QA gates
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across departments
- Manage test environments and coordinate UAT with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with proven experience in fintech or high-complexity domains
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data management
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and defect lifecycle management
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and mobile testing
