- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to reduce manual testing by 70%
- Mentor QA engineers in agile methodologies and continuous integration practices
- Implement defect management tools (Jira/Zephyr) to track and resolve issues with 99% SLA
- Analyze test metrics to identify process improvements and reduce escape rates
- Champion quality standards through peer reviews and test case optimization
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with proven experience in SaaS/tech products
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python/Java)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent quality assurance certification
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Track record of reducing production defects by 50%+
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
