Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for cloud-native applications across multiple environments
- Develop performance, security, and regression test suites with JMeter and Burp Suite
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality metrics for continuous improvement
- Champion shift-left testing practices through early requirement validation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with proven track record in SaaS products
- Expertise in test-driven development and behavior-driven methodologies
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java) and scripting
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or equivalent quality management certification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerized environments
- Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and compliance frameworks
