Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress.
- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycles for high-scale cloud applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate QA best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Perform comprehensive root-cause analysis on production incidents to implement preventative measures.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of testing excellence across the engineering department.
- Execute complex load and performance testing to ensure system scalability under peak traffic.
- Define and track key quality metrics and KPIs to report to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Proven expertise in API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
