Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and scripts for web/mobile applications
- Lead QA initiatives across the full SDLC, from requirement analysis to deployment
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product/Dev teams to identify and resolve defects
- Maintain QA documentation and metrics for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Postman
- Strong SQL and scripting skills (Python/JavaScript)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ISTQB certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
