Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Lead quality gate reviews and defect triage sessions with engineering leadership
- Mentor QA engineers and establish best practices for test coverage metrics
- Champion quality initiatives through JIRA workflows and test management tools
- Conduct exploratory testing and user acceptance testing for critical features
- Analyze test data to identify quality trends and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications and agile methodologies
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure
- Certified Scrum Master or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
