You will work alongside elite engineering teams in our San Francisco hub, utilizing cutting-edge automation tools to elevate our deployment standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end integration and regression testing for high-traffic web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define detailed acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Champion quality best practices and mentor junior QA team members in performance and security testing.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, bug-free deployments across development and production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a heavy focus on automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
- Extensive experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Insomnia.
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to debug complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical quality metrics to stakeholders.
