Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web and API services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define comprehensive test plans.
- Conduct thorough root-cause analysis for production issues and lead preventive measures.
- Manage the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including performance, regression, and security testing.
- Mentor junior QA members and drive the adoption of modern testing best practices (TDD/BDD).
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization to accelerate release cycles.
- Champion a 'Quality First' culture throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, Python, or TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
