Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for cloud-based financial applications
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead defect management lifecycle in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Implement performance and security testing protocols for high-traffic systems
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging tools
- Champion quality initiatives through agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with SaaS/financial services experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, REST API testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Certified in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
