Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, security, and usability requirements
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium for regression testing
- Execute exploratory testing and defect triage in JIRA with clear documentation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated test suites in Jenkins/GitLab
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality
- Coordinate cross-functional testing cycles with Agile methodologies
- Maintain test environments and infrastructure for consistent validation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and data validation
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
