Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Python
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and drive root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality standards
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing workflows
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability evaluations
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA frameworks preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization
