Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive black-box and white-box testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Define and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with engineering to drive swift resolution.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for quality-first engineering practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and automated deployment success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency with testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, K6).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
