Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end integration and regression testing for complex microservices architectures.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define quality benchmarks for new feature releases.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for production incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Architect CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the deployment lifecycle.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, code reviews, and test strategy development.
- Participate in architectural reviews to ensure system testability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment.
