Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans for complex microservices architecture.
- Lead root cause analysis for production incidents to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform comprehensive load, stress, and performance testing to ensure high availability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to code reviews for testing scripts.
- Develop CI/CD pipeline integration to automate regression cycles.
- Advocate for user-centric quality standards across the entire software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically in web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test automation.
- Strong background in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on edge-case detection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
