We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our automated testing strategies, bridge the gap between development and operations, and ensure our users experience flawless performance at scale.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, test cases, and quality acceptance criteria.
- Lead root-cause analysis efforts for production defects to prevent recurrence and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous performance, scalability, and stress testing to ensure platform stability under high load.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in test-driven development and code quality.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge QA tools to increase test coverage and decrease time-to-market.
- Execute manual exploratory testing when necessary to uncover complex edge cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles within a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Proven experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks from scratch.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
