Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers
- Lead regression testing cycles and defect triage processes
- Document test plans, cases, and quality metrics using JIRA/TestRail
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality standards
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing initiatives
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and REST API testing
