Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Develop test cases, scripts, and documentation adhering to ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Investigate root causes of defects and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct process improvement workshops
- Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off releases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality management
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for test scripting
- Demonstrated experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
