Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead test automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium to accelerate release cycles
- Establish and maintain robust QA frameworks aligned with Agile/DevOps methodologies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality gates and acceptance criteria
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster continuous improvement in QA processes
- Generate comprehensive test reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and test management systems (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android) and cross-browser compatibility
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodologies
- Demonstrated success in scaling QA processes for high-traffic applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
